Early repayment of the loan: early repayment is possible without additional fees and penalties;
Fines and penalties: in case of violation of the repayment terms of the principal amount of the loan, the interest rate on the amount of overdue debt increases 1.5 times from the moment of occurrence of this overdue debt;
Interest penalties for late payment are 0.1% per day.

1. Guarantee of at least 1 (one) individual with a permanent place of work and source of income;

2. For loans exceeding the credit limit allocated on the basis of a guarantee from an individual:

a) Pledge of immovable property (residential and non-residential)

b) Pledge of gold jewelry or securities (written consent of the spouse must be obtained in accordance with the established procedure);

c) Security in the form of a deposit (deposit)

d) Insurance policy

Application for an education loan;
Identity cards of the borrower and co-borrowers (to make a copy of the original);
If the bank is unable to independently determine the average monthly income of the borrower and co-borrowers, documents confirming the sources of income of the borrower and (or) co-borrower,;
A duly executed agreement (contract) or invoice (if any) between a student and a higher education institution on the basis of paid tuition. The contract must specify the period of study and the amount of payment for one year;
Security documents;
Certificate of inclusion in the "Unified Register of Social Protection" (for children from families included in the "Unified Register of Social Protection").
