• Loan Purpose For business entities to acquire solar panels and energy-saving devices
• Borrowers All types of business entities
• Form of Provision  Non-cash transfer
• Loan amount Uncapped
• Loan Currency In National and Foreign currencies
• Loan Terms For the Purchase of Fixed Assets - Up to 60 months
  For the Working Capital Replenishment – Up to 24 months
• Grace Period For the Purchase of Fixed Assets – Up to 12 months
  For the Working Capital Replenishment – Up to 6 months.
• Interest Rate 1. For solar panels installation:
  In ndtional currency – Central Bank's Basic Rate + 5%
  
  2. For Replenishment of Working Capital of Business Entities that Sell Solar Panels::
  In National Currency - 28%
  In Foreign Currency - SOFR (6 months) + 9 %
• Сollateral Movable and Immovable Property
• Required documents 1. Loan Application;
  2. Agreement with an authorized person to obtain a loan (for legal entities);
  3. Сollateral Documents;
  4. Sales Contract of the Equipment to be Purchased;
  5. Additional Documents may be Requested Depending on the Project.
• Loan Repayment Form  Ordinary or Annuity
• Other Terms 1. Purchased solar panels must be certified by Uzbek Agency for Technical Regulation;
  2. In cases where projects are financed from the funds of foreign financial organizations dedicated for «green» financing, the projects will be reconsidered according to the terms of the foreign loan line.
