Loan Purpose Allocated to small business intities for replenishing working capital, wholesale trade, construction, purchasing equipment, making customs payments, paying wages and other purposes

Borrower's Share At least 25% of the project amount. At the same time, participation in the project may be considered by own working capital, property and equipment.

Small business entities must provide the following documents with an application for a loan:

Copy of the Company Charter and the constituent documents
Copy of certificate of legal entity registered by local authorities
Copy of license (if required by the activity type)
Financial statements (balance sheet, statement of financial results, statement of accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as reconciliation statements for accounts receivable older than 90 days) for the last reporting period
Business plan with mandatory indication of the purpose, term and amount of Loan, cash flow forecast
Collateral Documents
