Financing Terms

• Project Purpose All projects complying with the principles of Sharia can be considered for financing
• Murabaha Amount Minimum – 100 000 USD
  Maximum – 5 000 000 USD
• Murabaha Term 12 months
• Currency USD/In National Currency
• Grace Period Up to 3 months
• Payment Schedule Monthly/Quarterly
• Income from Murabaha (surcharge) 6,2% + (APR) SOFR rate (The SOFT rate on the day of allocation of funds to the ITFC client is set unchanged and paid at this rate until the end of the project)
• Documents to be submitted to the ITFC - An import contract;
  - KYC Note;
  - The Murabaha Contract;
  - Bank Guarantee;
  - The Offer;
  - Invoice, payment notification, payment receipt, etc.
