Correspondent relations

Main components of the Bank’s development strategy are to establish correspondent relations actively and to increase the number of the counterparties both in internal and external market.

Efficient liquidity management is an important condition for building up the correspondence relations. It is implemented by regulating the correspondent accounts balances of the Bank and those of the branches, by carrying out operations in the securities as well as financial markets to raise and allocate bank’s funds.

In doing so, Hamkorbank follows the following principles:

• Minimum commissions in making payments at the shorter periods
• Loyalty of correspondents and reliability of correspondence relations to the business interests of the clients
• Guarantee for the effective and reliable allocation of available funds

The Bank operates in unison with foreign economic policy, which is aimed at increasing the export potential of the country. Based on the abovementioned, the top priority task of the Bank is to finance exporter-customers and the companies participating in the localization program of government.

The attraction of the exporter-customers will enable to raise the turnover of foreign exchange operations and to increase the volumes of the trade finance.
