Consultants from ADB visited the JSCB “Hamkorbank” with a mission

From 19 to 22 July 2015, the meeting took place with the consultants of Asian Development Bank (ADB) at the JSCB “Hamkorbank”. The group of ADB consultants included Dr. Modibo Camara, the head of the project for international micro and small finance and Dildora Tadjibaeva the coordinator of ADB project in Uzbekistan.

During the meeting there was a discussion of the issues such as bank risk management, strategic planning, development of banking products, strategic planning for development of banking products, client orientation of banking products and the management of customer service quality. In addition, the discussion was focused on accomplishment of the tasks related to the above-mentioned spheres, which had been defined during the visit of ADB representatives to the JSCB “Hamkorbank” at the end of  2014, in particular what kind of problems were faced in accomplishing the tasks  and what kind of solutions were developed.
