Joint Stock Commercial Bank with Foreign Capital “Hamkorbank” will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on August 29, 2023 at 03:00 p.m. (15:00) at the address of 85 Babur avenue, Andijan city, Head office of JSCB “Hamkorbank” (e-mail address: muloqot@hamkorbank.uz, website: www.hamkorbank.uz).

Registration of shareholders and/or their representatives starts at 02:00 p.m. (14:00).

Date of formation of the register of shareholders to notify shareholders of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders: August 03, 2023.

Date of formation of the register of shareholders entitled to participate in the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders: August 23, 2023.

Agenda items:

1. Hearing of the external auditor's conclusion on the Bank's activities for the first half of 2023 and approval of the Bank's financial report for the first half of 2023.
2. Transferring a part of the current profit for the first half of 2023 to the general reserve fund.

A shareholder - a legal entity has the right to entrust participation in the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to another person. At the same time, the representative of the shareholder during registration must present a duly executed power of attorney signed by the head and with a certified seal of the legal entity (if there is a seal).

A shareholder - an individual must have a passport or other identity card, and his representative - a notarized power of attorney.
