New opportunities from money transfer system of JSCB “Hamkorbank”

At the beginning of the current year the partnership to introduce the money transfer system “IBA-EXPRESS” was established between JSC “Hamkorbank” and Russian bank “MBA-Moscow”. Since launching of the system much work has been done, as a result the number of “IBA-Express” users increases day by day.  The reasons for that include the following benefits:

• It is possible to receive money within 15-20 minutes after making transfer;


• Transfer Fee starts form 1% ( the minimum fee is 3 USD/EURO or 90 ruble);


• It is possible to transfer or to receive money from the branches of “MBA-Moscow” in Russian Federation or from the branches of the partner banks situated in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. 

At present JSCB “Hamkorbank” cooperates with more than 10 money transfer system providers, transferring individuals’ money. Regular activities are undertaken to improve the quality of services provided for the clients. Particularly, the latest electronic queue system has been introduced as a result it was possible to reduce client’s waiting time. Each branch of the bank is adequately supplied with foreign currency.

International money transfer services for individuals are provided without any restrictions in the outlets of the Bank, in addition, no additional service fees are charged in receiving money. The international money transfers are made on the basis of the agreement made between JSCB “Hamkorbank” and the agents of the payment systems, where the service fees are charged in the foreign currency indicated by a client.
