SHAREHOLDERS ATTENTION!

In accordance with the requirements of Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Banks and Banking Activities", at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Bank on December 18, 2023, the decision was made to increase the charter capital of the bank from 323,32 billion soums to 646,65 billion soums.

Based on this decision, it is determined that the increase of the bank's charter capital will be carried out at the expense of the bank's undistributed profit, and the issue of these shares was registered by the National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan on February 7, 2024.

The process of placement of these shares will be carried out by issuing one additional share and closed subscription among existing shareholders in the register of shareholders formed on the 5th day from the day of the state registration of the shares by the end of February 11, 2024.

In accordance with the above, the additional shares issued to shareholders by the bank's management are considered subject to taxation based on Article 41 of the “Tax Code”, and individuals are exempted from paying this estimated tax amount based on the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 90 dated January 17, 2022, informs that the amount of tax relief will be paid to the shareholders registered in the shareholders' register formed by the end of February 11, 2024.

Dear shareholders of a bank with a tax credit, please apply to the bank with a copy of your identity document to receive tax credit funds.
