08 / 08 / 2015From 5 to 7 August 2015, the workshop on “Organization of the pool of job candidates is an important factor in ensuring the competitiveness of the Bank” was organized for the branch managers and the skilled employees of the branches in the international business center “Hamkor”.
Bodrova Olga Arturovna, a consultant for working with personnel, a candidate of economic sciences, was invited to conduct the workshop, trainer-consultant of “City business school” training center in Moscow.
The workshop was divided into 6 sections, each of which included interesting practical assignments, which undoubtedly will be useful in undertaking the activities to develop the personnel.
In addition, the participants of the workshop received answers to the interesting questions. Based on the results of the workshop they were presented certificates issued by “City business school” training center.
The organized workshop was dedicated to acquire practical knowledge in implementing the best practices of organizing the pool of job candidates. In particular, the improvement of “Development groups” of young specialists, and the specialists wishing to update their knowledge and skills, will create favorable conditions for the development of the Bank in the market of financial services.
