An official appeal to the information published on the telegram channel “Bankir Kundaligi” that a person who was not related to the loan and not acquainted to the recipient of the loan was registered as a guarantor in the Termez branch of the Hamkorbank JSCB.

This incident occurred as a result of a technical malfunction and inattention of employees, in particular, the reason for this was that the names of these persons were similar to each other, and one of them is a client of the Termez branch, and the other is a client of the branch located in the city of Namangan. At the moment, the malfunctions are completely prevented, and the bank also apologized to the applicant for the inconvenience caused. In turn, we inform you that the personal data of the applicant was not provided to third parties or organizations.
