This incident took place on August 3, 2022. The author of the appeal came to the Yangiyul branch of Hamkorbank to receive an international transfer sent via the Zolotaya Korona system. The branch employee explained to the applicant that, based on the agreement concluded with this money transfer system, the money sent cannot be received in cash at the bank's offices, and that this transfer can be credited to the Hamkorbank card using a mobile application. In addition, the employee described the advantages of remote crediting the transfer to the card. That is, funds can be credited at any time and anywhere, as well as the possibility of withdrawing US dollars at the bank's cash desks without commission. The client refused to issue a card and left the branch.

At the moment, the applicant has already received his funds in cash from another bank.
