An official appeal to the placement in the Telegram channel "Sberkassa.uz" of information that the bank refuses the client the free choice of an insurance company.

On July 1, 2022, information was posted in the above Telegram channel that the allocation of a car loan was delayed by the employees of the Urgut branch of Hamkorbank, and the client was not given the opportunity to choose an insurance organization. On this occasion, we inform you that in order to insure the risks of non-repayment of credit funds, the client was offered several reliable and large insurance companies that operate in the insurance market of Uzbekistan. This was done due to the fact that in the event of an insured event, the insurance company must fulfill its obligations in a quality and timely manner. This circumstance was explained to the client, and he used the services of an insurance company, which he himself chose from the list of trusted ones.

In addition, the client applied for a car loan from the secondary market on June 26, 2022, and the loan was disbursed on July 1, 2022.

At the moment, the client does not have any claims against the bank, the loan funds were transferred to the plastic card of the car seller.
