Official appeal to the message dated July 6, 2022, regarding an error when withdrawing funds from a plastic card at an ATM in Fergana and the difficulties of setting a pin code on a card issued by the Urgench branch.

Citizen F.A. On June 15, 2022 wanted to withdraw cash in an amount equal to 150,000 soums from his card at an ATM of the Istikbal branch of Hamkorbank. Due to a technical error, the funds were withdrawn from the card, but the ATM did not issue them. On June 15, 2022, citizen Yu. Due to the lack of funds on the phone account, an SMS message with a notification about card replenishment was not delivered. Citizen F.A. was invited to the bank's office, where he was provided with information about the turnover of the card and ascertained the fact of the return of funds. After that, the citizen apologized and has no claims against the bank.

To the citizen Ya.A. a plastic card of the Uzcard system was provided as part of the salary project on July 5, 2022. Due to technical problems on the side of the Uzcard system, setting the PIN code had been impossible at that day. On July 6, the citizen applied to the branch of the bank and on the same day the situation was resolved and the pin code was set. The bank employees apologized to the citizen and he did not have any claims against the bank.
