This incident is related to an employee of the Markhamat Banking Services Office of the Asaka branch of JSCB “Hamkorbank”. For technical reasons, the employee's personal phone did not work, and the client could not get through to him. On July 10, 2022, the client met with a bank employee, all the documents necessary for obtaining a mortgage loan were completed and accepted for consideration by the bank.
A conversation was held with the employee, he received a warning and was informed that such cases would not be repeated in the future.
