June 12-13, 2022 in the Russian Federation was a national holiday "Day of Russia". On June 13 (Monday), the Zolotaya Korona company did not work, as a result of which it was not possible to make mutual settlements. As a result, on June 13, all branches of JSCB “Hamkorbank” did not issue funds sent through the “Zolotaya Korona” system. The branches resumed issuing funds received through the Zolotaya Korona system from 11:00 on June 14. Due to the fact that the funds sent from the Russian Federation are mainly sent through the Zolotaya Korona system, and the fact that no funds were issued on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the number of people wishing to receive funds has increased dramatically. Starting from June 14, those wishing to receive funds through the Zolotaya Korona system are served on the basis of an electronic queue. At the moment, the queues in the branches have been reduced and work is being carried out as usual.

The bank's management ask from citizens who use money transfer services not to visit the bank's offices from 09:00 at the same time together, forming artificial queues and making service difficult. We remind you that transfers can be received until 17:00 during business days.
