An official appeal placed on July 17, 2022 by the Telegram channel “Bankir Kundaligi” under the hashtag “bizga yozishmokda”, regarding the provision of an online loan.

On 07/06/2022, Citizen M.F. sent an application for a loan in the amount of 4,000,000 (four million) soums through a mobile application. After the application was processed and the loan was approved, on July 15, 2022, citizen M.F. visited the bank's office. However, on this day, due to technical problems in the systems associated with the allocation of credit, it was not possible to issue this loan. Citizen M.F. received a loan in the amount of 4,000,000 UZS on July 18, 2022.

The appeal was seen and fully satisfied, the client has no claims to the bank.
