At the same time, large-scale measures to create a favorable business environment, which are being gradually implemented in the banking and financial system, are yielding positive results. This, along with the creation of great opportunities for small businesses and private entrepreneurship, is also important in improving the welfare of the population.

Of course, each banking institution considers one of its tasks to be a reliable support and partner to entrepreneurs, in order to fully win country's business spheres’ trust. In this regard, banks are taking measures to provide financial services at the level of modern requirements. At the same time, significant results are achieved in the development of small business and private entrepreneurship. Along with all spheres of the society, special attention is paid to the study of public opinion and the organization of work taking into account their results when evaluating the activities of banks. This serves the correct formation of public opinion on the activities of the country's banking system for the development of the entrepreneurial sphere. The ongoing sociological research is aimed at studying public opinion about the activities of the banking system of Uzbekistan in the field of entrepreneurship and family business, women's entrepreneurship, the establishment and development of entrepreneurial activities by college graduates. According to surveys conducted by social centers, our compatriots highly appreciate the activities of Hamkorbank and its branches. Evaluation criteria determined conscientious fulfillment of bank employees’ duties, friendliness in working with clients, qualified approach, professional advice, prompt resolution of problems, timely execution of all operations, prevention of violation of the law. All this imposes a great responsibility on the bank staff. The Bank offers attractive types of deposits for the population in national and foreign currencies. This creates the convenience and reliability of storing citizens' funds in banking institutions. Also, Hamkorbank and its branches offer banking services through modern telecommunication technologies - Internet banking, mobile banking and SMS. At present, all the necessary conditions have been created in 30 branches, 146 mini-banks, 26 points of the bank for receiving various payments from the population. Loans provided by Hamkorbank and its local branches are of great importance for the development of the service sector, the implementation of targeted programs for the socio-economic development at the territories, and the provision of employment for the population. Thus, as of April 1, 2014, the volume of lending to small businesses increased by 1.4 times compared to the same period last year. Of the allocated loans, 66.3 percent are long-term loans. More than 7543 new jobs were created due to the allocated loans. This figure, compared with the same period last year, increased by 1.6 times. These data show that a favorable business environment for entrepreneurship has been created in our country, promising business projects are being developed with high quality, and effective monitoring is carried out by bank specialists during the period of using a loan. Thus, the conditions created in the banking and financial sector on the way to ensuring the well-being of the people contribute to the further growth of businessmen's confidence in this banking institution. – Of course, we do not intend to stop at the achieved results. “The Hamkorbank team has set itself the goal of further intensifying activities in terms of supporting small businesses and private entrepreneurship, introducing modern and profitable banking services, holding meetings with entrepreneurs at the local level,” said Aziza Ibragimova, director of the Hamkorbank business development department.
