The nominal interest rate of this loan can be changed by the bank, and the rate change will be agreed with the borrower.
- Environmental Expertise and Monitoring Sector, the loan is allocated in accordance with the regulation "On the system of environmental and social management when issuing mortgage loans", according to the agreement signed between Hamkorbank and UzMRC.
- The monthly total family income of the borrower should not exceed the requirements of the Company (currently 15 million soums)
- The share of loans allocated for refurbishment and renovation should not exceed 25% of the reference value of loan portfolio.
- The share of loans allocated under this line to female clients should not be less than 30%.
- It is not allowed to allocate loans for reconstruction, the loan funds can only be used for housing refurbishment.
- Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan aged 18 to 60 years at the time of applying for a loan.
- Citizens whose debt load together with co-borrowers on all issued loans and microloans does not exceed 50% of the average monthly income.
- Absence of overdue debts on previously issued loans.
