Committee for Strategic Planning, Development and Corporate Governance
The main goal of the Committee is to improve the efficiency of the Bank's activities in the current and long term, maintain high standards of corporate governance and business ethics for successful business, strengthen the Bank's reputation, and reduce the cost of raising capital.

Risk Management Committee
The purpose of the Committee's activities is to assist the Board on all banking risk management issues that fall within its competence, as well as to exercise control and make decisions on behalf of the Board, which are aimed at implementing the risk management strategy and the proper functioning of the Bank's risk management system.
