Our next hero is Nazirova Mohidil Alixoʻjayevna from Kokand, who started as a pharmacist and today has formed a whole family business network. “It was not easy to start a business”
“In our family, there were many questions and hesitations at the beginning, but my mother motivated us and encouraged us to start, - says Nazirova Mohidil Alixoʻjayevna with a smile. - My father, an engineer by profession, and my mother, a seamstress, founded the “EURO PRINT KOKAND” enterprise 20 years ago, which produces boxes of various sizes for packaging dried fruits. At that time, this work required great courage. But time has shown that the right decision was made.” Nazirova Mohidil Alixoʻjayevna says that the children in the family also continued the path started by their parents:
• 15 years ago, the “EURO MED DIAGNOSTIC” diagnostic center was opened based on the pharmaceutical specialty, and now, under the leadership of mother, the center provides quality services to many of our compatriots;
• 6 years ago, “ASMALD HOTEL” began operating in Kokand, and today it has become the number one prominent hotel in this city;
• Recently, an initiative to open another hotel in Tashkent is being put forward;
“Of course, none of these projects was easy. But with the help of a loan from Hamkorbank, we were able to realize our dreams. In 2005, we started working with only 3 employees, and today our activities provide jobs for more than 350 people,” adds Nazirova Mohidil Alixoʻjayevna. From production to tourism and agriculture.

Also, cherry and apricot orchards have been established on 3.5 hectares of land within the “SWEET FRUIT GARDEN” FX farm. “Today, not only production, but also tourism and agriculture areas occupy an important place in our family business. For example, 100 thousand boxes are produced per day at the “EURO PRINT KOKAND” enterprise.

Tadbirkor oila ilk bor 2005 yilda Bankka murojaat qilib, mikrokredit olgan. Bu kredit ularning kichik ishlab chiqarish korxonasini yo‘lga qo‘yishida asosiy turtki bo‘ldi. O‘sha paytda kichik jamoa sifatida boshlangan faoliyat bugungi kunda yuzlab insonlarni ish bilan ta’minlaydigan darajaga yetdi.

The role of women in entrepreneurship According to Nazirova Mohidil Alixoʻjayevna, the contribution of women to the rise of the family business is of particular importance: “Previously, many were skeptical about the success of women in business. But today, the contribution of women to economic development is well recognized in our society. Their initiatives are supported, and this inspires us even more,” she emphasizes.
Future plans
The family is looking not only at the domestic market, but also at the international market. The construction of a new hotel has begun in Tashkent, which will serve to increase the tourism potential not only of the family, but also of the entire region.
